Optimise the start-up phase with clear organisation and methods
The launch of the project is crucial. A well-prepared kick-off meeting allows partners to review the project’s objectives and define the working methodology, responsibilities and initial deadlines. It is advisable to quickly set up reliable communication tools, such as mailing lists and a collaborative platform, to promote transparency and information dissemination. The implementation of tracking tables (budget, deliverables, tasks) provides the visibility needed to monitor the project. Finally, defining templates for reports or deliverables from the outset ensures consistency in documentation throughout the project.

Manage the project on a daily basis through smooth and effective coordination
Once the project has been launched, daily monitoring becomes essential. These reports require information to be collected from the various partners and then consolidated into a single document. Reporting is often perceived as a difficult step, but it becomes much simpler if information is collected regularly and reports are prepared in advance.
