Your European project has been officially selected for the GAP phase, a key step in structuring the legal framework of the project before its official launch. This phase includes adapting your proposal to prepare the Grant Agreement, signing the Grant Agreement between the coordinator, the European Commission and all beneficiaries, and signing the Consortium Agreement between the project partners. This is an intense period with often tight deadlines, where every detail counts to ensure that the agreement is signed within the timeframe imposed by the Commission.
During this phase, Erdyn can help you analyse the feedback from the Project Officer in order to identify the concrete actions to be implemented. We facilitate exchanges between the coordinator, the partners and the Commission, and also take care of the organisation and logistical follow-up of the actions.
Ensuring the reliability and consistency of partners’ administrative information
Each partner must verify their financial and legal information in Funding & Tenders, as any inconsistency may delay the signing of the Grant Agreement.
- Erdyn can assist you by monitoring each partner’s progress and verifying the consistency of the data recorded.
Ensure that the technical and financial annexes comply with the Grant Agreement
At the same time, the technical and financial annexes must be adjusted in line with the Project Officer’s comments. This involves gathering the necessary additional information, checking its consistency and updating Annexes 1 and 2 of the Grant Agreement until final approval. Careful management of these documents helps to avoid back-and-forth exchanges and ensures that the planned schedule is adhered to.
- To help you remain efficient, we can collect and consolidate technical and financial information and update the various documents on Funding & Tenders until signature.
Structuring governance with the Consortium Agreement
The final step is to finalise the Consortium Agreement, a document signed by the consortium members that defines the internal operating rules, access rights to results, and governance of the consortium.
- To guide you through this step, we provide an initial version of the Consortium Agreement based on the DESCA model. We assist with the drafting and validation of the document by collecting information, consolidating feedback, and preparing the various iterations. We then monitor the entire process until it is signed by all beneficiaries.
